Report a copyright concern
If you own a copyrighted work, or are authorized to act for its owner, and believe it is being used improperly on VetCare Index, email Jake@vetcareindex.com or choose “Copyright concern” on our feedback form.
Help us identify the material
- The exact VetCare Index page address and the photo, text, or other material at issue.
- A description of your original work and a link to it, if available.
- Your name, a reply email, and whether you are the owner or their authorized representative.
- Why you believe the use is unauthorized, including any relevant permission or license information.
Do not upload identity documents, payment details, or private veterinary bills with the report. If you cannot use the form, email us.
What happens next
Reports remain private during review. We may ask for clarification, disable access to disputed material while investigating, and contact the contributor with enough information to understand and respond to the concern. We consider permissions, applicable licenses, and legal exceptions. Repeated infringement may lead to declined contributions or revoked posting access where applicable.
If your contribution was removed and you believe that was a mistake, contact the same email with the page or submission reference and evidence of your rights or permission. This is our general content-review process. This page does not identify a registered DMCA designated agent or claim statutory safe-harbor protection.
Incorrect prices, clinic details, or privacy concerns can also be reported through feedback.
